Cassie Alfheim, M.H.R.L.R., is a Senior Consultant at DCI Consulting Group, where she specializes in workforce analytics, affirmative action planning, compensation analysis, and equal employment opportunity compliance. With a background in complex personnel analytics and DEI research, Cassie brings both expertise and passion to her work supporting inclusive, equitable workplaces. She holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she received the Melvin Lurie Memorial Prize for excellence in scholarship.
Cassie joined the Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin Board of Directors in September 2024, driven by a deep belief in the power and potential of the disability community. Through her professional work, she’s witnessed the persistent barriers individuals with disabilities face—and she’s proud to support Easterseals’ mission to break those down through inclusive programming, personalized care, and community-driven impact.
Outside of work, Cassie is a proud mom to Charlotte (and four chickens and two cats), a self-proclaimed thrifting savant, and a fountain Coca-Cola enthusiast. Fun fact: she once worked as a wedding DJ and still wishes the Dark Side had more Jedi-like morals—because, honestly, the outfits are cooler.
