Kalli Reinheimer serves as Vice President of Programs at Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin, leading the delivery of all agency programs and services in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. She chairs the Quality Assurance and Safety Committee and serves as one of Easterseals’ Client Rights Specialists, ensuring accountability, safety, and respect in every aspect of service.
Kalli holds a master’s degree in social work from UW–Milwaukee and brings more than 25 years of experience in human services. Before joining Easterseals, she spent 23 years working in the field of traumatic brain injury, where she led both subacute and day service programs. Her career also includes experience in long-term care, including nursing home and hospice settings. In addition to her professional roles, Kalli has served on two nonprofit boards as a member, secretary, and board president.
Driven by her deep commitment to the Easterseals mission, Kalli is passionate about making a lasting impact on the individuals and families served. Outside of work, she enjoys exercise, gardening, travel, reading, and spending time with her family.
