Lajuell Neal serves as the Guardianship Manager at Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin, overseeing the organization’s Guardianship of Person, Guardianship of Estate, and Representative Payee services. In this role, she manages the entire department, including reviewing and processing referrals from Adult Protective Services, Aging and Disability Services, and law offices.
With a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in social work, Lajuell brings more than a decade of case management experience and over eight years in supervisory roles. Her background spans staff leadership, resident care, program management, budgeting, and activity coordination across various areas of social services.
Lajuell is deeply committed to empowering clients through a strength-based approach, ensuring their safety and prioritizing their individual needs while helping them live in the least restrictive setting possible.
