As the IPS Supervisor for Washington and Waukesha Counties at Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin, Linda leads a dynamic team of employment specialists who support individuals with mental health challenges in achieving meaningful employment. Since joining Easterseals in 2015, Linda has provided supervision, field mentoring, training, and ongoing support, while also overseeing documentation, evaluations, and community partnerships to ensure fidelity to evidence-based IPS practices.
With more than 20 years of experience in social work, counseling, and program leadership, Linda brings deep expertise in crisis intervention, case management, program development, and community outreach. She holds a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Mount Mary University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her professional journey includes roles such as Adoption Caseworker, Program Director, and Employment Specialist. Recognized as both an IPS Champion and an IPS Supervisor Champion, Linda is deeply committed to empowering individuals and strengthening inclusive support systems.
Passionate about helping people move forward in their lives, Linda finds joy in watching the transformation that happens when individuals are empowered to pursue their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, acrylic painting, and spending time with family and friends.
