Lindsey Wilson is the Safe Babies Healthy Families Manager at Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin, where she oversees day-to-day program operations, manages referrals, and provides supervision to leadership staff within the Children’s Services team. Her guidance ensures families receive the consistent, compassionate support they need during the earliest, most critical years of their child’s life.
Lindsey holds a BSW from UW-Milwaukee, as well as a certificate in Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health through the UW-Madison Capstone Program. She is endorsed as an Infant Family Specialist by WI-AIMH and is a Certified Lactation Consultant and Infant Massage Instructor. Her educational foundation reflects a deep commitment to whole-family wellness and early intervention.
With 18 years of experience in the program—including her start as an intern—Lindsey has grown within Easterseals, taking on roles such as Home Visitor, Intern Supervisor, Program Coordinator, and more. Her longstanding dedication reflects a true passion for helping families thrive, especially in those pivotal moments of bonding, growth, and discovery.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys life with her husband and two children, ages 9 and 11. Whether vacationing, spending time outdoors, or just being together, her family keeps her grounded and joyful.
