Nicci Nageotte brings over two decades of experience in adult day services to her role as Adult Day Program Manager at Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin. She ensures programs provide meaningful, individualized experiences that promote personal growth, while maintaining state certification standards and fostering strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners.
Her career began at Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin, where she progressed from direct care staff to Work Services Program Manager over 19 years. Along the way, she co-created Goodwill’s Artistic Enhancement and Community Access programs, both designed to expand opportunities for individuals served, earning recognition such as the President’s Award. She also played a key role in developing ISO-certified case management procedures.
After leading the growth of Adult Day Services of Southeast Wisconsin from one program to four, Nicci joined Easterseals in 2020—first as a Guardianship Representative, then returning to her passion for adult day programming. She thrives on seeing the direct impact of these programs in participants’ lives and supporting her team’s growth and success.
Outside of work, Nicci enjoys time with her loved ones, tending to her plants and animals, and exploring the outdoors, where she finds a sense of freedom in nature.
