Shelly Reynolds

Shelly Reynolds serves as the Recreation Program Manager at Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin, where she oversees all recreation and camp activities. With nearly three decades of experience dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, Shelly’s career includes 15 years at St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care—five of which she served as Vice President of Childcare Services. She has also managed assisted living services, overseen four group homes, and led an Adult Day Program.

At Easterseals, Shelly is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities to enjoy enriching, inclusive experiences that promote growth, connection, and a true sense of belonging. She also values the essential respite these programs provide for families. Outside of work, Shelly treasures time with her four children, two grandchildren, and friends—especially when it involves soaking up the sunshine.
