Brook Mayborne is a seasoned professional in human resources who has broad experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and workplace culture transformation. Currently, she is Founder and Fractional HR Executive with Mayborne Executive HR where she assists organizations through retained HR advisement, interim HR leadership and strategic HR & people initiatives.
As a senior leader in Milwaukee’s HR field, Brook has successfully designed and implemented many programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. With strong knowledge in compliance, employment law, and workforce planning, Brook has played a pivotal role in shaping HR infrastructures at several organizations. She partners with executives and managers to drive workplace excellence and build high-performing teams.
Earning an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and dual senior-level HR certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP) have allowed Brook to add academic credentials to her vast practical experience.
Brook enjoys family time and travel as well as giving back through mentoring, serving on nonprofit boards and being an adjunct HR instructor at UW-Milwaukee.
